Frequently Asked Questions
The license allows you to install one copy of the software on a single computer. You can download it to another computer in case of an emergency, such as a hard disk failure or the purchase of a new computer.
If you need to use the software regularly on more than one computer, you'll have to buy a license for each one. We offer a 50% discount for the second license - contact us if you need one.
GardenBox 3D is developed for Windows, including versions 11, 10, 8, and 7. However, if you have a Windows emulator (such as Parallels) on your Mac computer, it might work fine. It's a good idea to try it with the free trial version.
You can upgrade the software to the latest version for free within 12 months of purchase. To download the latest version, click Help > Check for Updates. If a new version is available, you'll see a pop-up window with a description and a Download button. Click on the button to get the latest update.
After using the program for 12 months, you can purchase updates at a 50% discount. You can also continue to use the old version free of charge.
The Download warranty is a backup copy of your purchased product, stored for you on our server. If you lose your installed software (after a hard drive crash, for example), the Download warranty allows you to re-download GardenBox 3D at any time using a special link, without having to contact our support team.
